Terms of Sale Agreement

We protect our brick & mortar retailers!

By submitting an order for snoozies!® branded products, I agree that I, my company or affiliates, will not retail, market, sell or cause to be sold any snoozies!® products online on any website, third party or otherwise, without the written approval of Buyer’s Direct, Inc. I also agree that I will not offer for sale or sell snoozies!® branded products on eBay, Amazon, Wal-Mart, Woot, Shein, Temu, Poshmark, etc. under any circumstances and that if I do, I agree that I have violated this Terms of Sale Agreement. I also understand that online sales and marketing of snoozies!® branded products and the use of snoozies!® logos, trademarks or art, in graphic or in photographic form without prior written approval of Buyer’s Direct, Inc. constitutes a legal infringement of the intellectual property rights of Buyer’s Direct, Inc., owner of the snoozies!® brand and trademark, graphics images and copy.

We only sell to retailers that have brick and mortar stores that can be verified. We do not sell to unapproved online resellers!

If you sell online other than on your store’s website, DO NOT place orders either online or with a snoozies! sales representative.

ONLINE SELLERS ARE IN LEGAL VIOLATION OF OUR TERMS OF SALE AGREEMENT AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO AGGRESSIVE LEGAL ACTIONS AND DAMAGES.

We also WILL NOT and DO NOT sell or ship to resellers or individuals to those that sell in any temporary retail environments such as fairs or events without approval.

We will NOT ship to residential addresses! You MUST have a verifiable brick and mortar store that we ship to!

When you place an order for snoozies! merchandise you agree to be bound by our Terms of Sale which is a legal contract. Violation of this contract will place you in legal breach and you may be subject to damages resulting from this breach of contract.
